Cardiff is now offering a comprehensive Certification program for each of its product lines. The Cardiff Certified program has been developed to ensure the highest level of competency and capability among its participants. Each certification course includes everything from the ground up, from planning and installation to daily use, maintenance, administration and best practices for the given product. Every person who has passed the Cardiff Certification will not only know how to install and configure the appropriate Cardiff Solution but they will know the Best way to install, setup, configure and utilize the product as well as have an abundant breadth of best practices and hands on experience to provide.
The Cardiff Certified program is a three tiered certification program. At the lowest level, the Cardiff Certified Professional, individuals have gone through an extensive training course on the main product, either TeleForm or LiquidOffice, and have passed a rigorous certification exam and a hands-on, real world implementation lab exercise. This has granted these individuals the right to call themselves Cardiff Certified (TeleForm or LiquidOffice) Professionals.
Cardiff Certified Solutions Engineers are those individuals who have already completed the Cardiff Certified Professional level and have expanded on their training and certifications to provide the next level of service, skill and capabilities to the Cardiff customers.
In order to complete the Cardiff Certified Solutions Engineer certification the individual must complete all of the other training programs provided for their product line above and beyond the core software product. For the TeleForm product line this includes the TeleForm IDR Certification course. Only after they have completed the all of the available product training courses and passed the certification exams and hands-on lab components can they be awarded this second level certification. The Cardiff Certified Master Solutions Engineer represents the top of the Cardiff Certified Program. Individuals reaching this level of certification must have completed the second level certifications for all of the Cardiff products and proven their ability in the field and through training and additional certification exams and exercises that not only have they mastered each product line individually but they have mastered the ability to plan, develop and integrate comprehensive solutions packages utilizing all aspects of each of the underlying technologies. When you see a Cardiff Certified Master Solutions Engineer you will know you are dealing with someone who has done it all and can do any and every part of the job required to take your solution from the very beginnings all the way through to the end a completely successful project, regardless of what technologies, integration or problems arise. You are working with a Cardiff Certified Master.
